My name is Sara Utz.
My approach to psychology is person-centred, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming. I provide an LGBTQIA+ safe service.
Through personal and familial experience I am acquainted with a range of industries including agriculture, trades, the arts, marketing, and health across small business, corporate environments, and governmental organisations. As a result I have encountered people from all walks of life.
I enjoy the regional lifestyle. I have grown up, lived, and worked across Somerset, Lockyer Valley, and Toowoomba locales. In my free time I like driving holidays through the Australian countryside, kayaking, cattle farming, and the occasional spot of antiquing. I am an endlessly curious and avid reader.
