  • My name is Sara Utz.

    My approach to psychology is person-centred, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming. I provide an LGBTQIA+ safe service.

    Through personal and familial experience I am acquainted with a range of industries including agriculture, trades, the arts, marketing, and health across small business, corporate environments, and governmental organisations. As a result I have encountered people from all walks of life.

    I enjoy the regional lifestyle. I have grown up, lived, and worked across Somerset, Lockyer Valley, and Toowoomba locales. In my free time I like driving holidays through the Australian countryside, kayaking, cattle farming, and the occasional spot of antiquing. I am an endlessly curious and avid reader.

  • I hold general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia. I graduated from USQ in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) (Psychology) and subsequently completed my internship parttime over 3.5 years.

    I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

    I am a registered Medicare provider for the Better Access Initiative and the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA). I am also able to provide private psychological services as well as NDIS services for plan-managed/self-managed clients.

  • Psychotherapy

    I work with adults, although will consider ages 15-17yrs on a case-by-case basis.
